Connections Personnel requires all personnel to arrive at a work assignment on time each scheduled workday, and to be present at work for all of the hours required. If you will be absent or late to work, you must contact Connections Personnel by phone, email, or text with as much notice as possible, but not later than two (2) hours prior to your assigned work schedule. When you contact us, we ask that you state the reason for your absence or tardiness and provide your Staffing Manager with your expected return to work date or arrival time.
If you need to leave the premises of the work assignment during the scheduled hours, we need you to obtain approval from your Staffing Manager prior to departure. Failure to meet attendance expectations can result in discipline up to and including termination.
If you anticipate the need for time off, you must provide this information including the reason for the request to your Staffing Manager, by email, as soon as possible so that approval can be obtained from the Client. It should not be expected that your request will be approved.
When you are working for a client it is important that you attend work when assigned and on time. We do understand that there will be times you will need to be late or absent it is excessive late or absenteeism that can be disruptive to our client’s work day.
Thank you
Connections Personnel
