We have offices in Scotch Plains and Somerset, NJ, with 7 full time recruiters with a combined total of over 100 years experience. We have formed great relationships with many of our clients over the years and they come to us first when they have an open position in their company. Our main focus is industrial and office clerical jobs however we will assist our clients with any of their staffing requirements.

Letter From Our Founder
After working in the staffing industry for three years, I realized that I loved the industry but didn’t agree with some of the practices that were taking place in my current job. I knew I wanted to stay in the staffing world but I wanted to do things differently and so in April of 1991 Connections Personnel was founded. It was my goal to make sure that our applicants were treated fairly and that they knew they were as important to us as our client companies and we would work hard to be sure that both our applicants and our clients were given 100% of our time and efforts.
In 1992, my son Jeff joined Connections and together we built the successful business that we have today. We have managed to maintain the high standards and integrity that I envisioned 26 years ago.
